The Challenge

An Aging Driveway in Need of a Complete Overhaul

The homeowners had an aging concrete driveway that was cracked and deteriorating. Beyond function, they wanted a driveway that made a statement — something that matched the character of their brick home and elevated the entire front of the property.

The driveway needed to accommodate a three-car garage, handle daily vehicle traffic, and tie seamlessly into the existing brick pillars and covered patio area on the side of the home.

Our Approach

Timeless Design Meets Durable Construction

We selected a charcoal Holland paver in a classic herringbone pattern — one of the strongest laying patterns for driveways due to its interlocking structure. This pattern distributes vehicle weight evenly and prevents shifting over time.

A contrasting red brick soldier course border was designed to complement the home’s existing brickwork, creating a cohesive look from the garage pillars to the driveway’s edge. The design extended around to a matching patio area for a unified finish.
